French Knife is a professional culinary cutting technique.

The goal of this project was to choose from dozens of culinary cutting techniques and highlight one to four styles in an abstract poster series. Each of the four posters was t focus on a specific compositional principal: balance, contrast, repetition, and emphasis. The finished poster size should measure 11x17 inches in size, and must use typographic and abstract design elements including at least one serif and one sans serif typeface. The series is limited to a single color palette.
